The scope of works included the construction of the common basement and medium to high-rise structures at 10 Park Drive, Wood Wharf including secondary steel work with an overall RC footprint of 65,000m2.

Kilnbridge carried out fire protection services for the £250m powerlines project involving the construction of tunnels built beneath the Olympic Park and Lower Lea Valley region.

Kilnbridge worked on the expansion of Jubilee Place, one of the UK’s largest retail expansion projects which created 50,000ft² of new retail space.

The project comprises the construction of a 1,000m long cut and cover tunnel constructed progressively from West to East with our scope including all of the formwork, reinforced concrete and waterproofing works, as well as the construction of over bridges, ventilation shafts and maintenance structures.
