Kilnbridge worked on The Paddington Integrated Project (PIP), aiming to create an integrated station that offers a superior passenger experience with easy interchanges.

Kilnbridge were appointed by Laing O’Rourke to carry out fire protection services on One Hyde Park in London, the exclusive residential development by Candy and Candy.

Canary Wharf Contractors appointed Kilnbridge to undertake the redevelopment of the RT4 retail link to create additional retail and restaurant space for both existing and new businesses.

The project comprises the construction of a 1,000m long cut and cover tunnel constructed progressively from West to East with our scope including all of the formwork, reinforced concrete and waterproofing works, as well as the construction of over bridges, ventilation shafts and maintenance structures.

The scope of works included the construction of the common basement and medium to high-rise structures at 10 Park Drive, Wood Wharf including secondary steel work with an overall RC footprint of 65,000m2.
