Canary Wharf Contractors appointed Kilnbridge to install the permanent services installations from Prestons Road to Cartier Circle for the Northern Road Box as part of the Wood Wharf development.

Kilnbridge was appointed to construct the reinforced concrete structures to the new South Station at Thameslink Blackfriars and associated complex structural strengthening works to the existing bridge, abutments and arches.

This project involved the conversion and refurbishment of a Grade II listed Victorian building from an office building to a club hotel.

The project entailed the construction of the Water Street Causeway and both bridge abutments to enable the installation of a single leaf bascule bridge connecting Montgomery Street and Wood Wharf.

Kilnbridge identified the most cost effective and environmentally friendly way of managing waste streams for this exclusive £286m office tower in the centre of the City of London.
