This project involved the conversion and refurbishment of a Grade II listed Victorian building from an office building to a club hotel.

Kilnbridge was appointed to construct the reinforced concrete structures to the new South Station at Thameslink Blackfriars and associated complex structural strengthening works to the existing bridge, abutments and arches.

Kilnbridge manufactured and installed a steel support framework to hang from the concrete soffit of the Crossrail Paddington station.

Kilnbridge provided fabrication works for a new station building and transport interchange on Chesterton Sidings beside the now redundant Chesterton Junction.

Kilnbridge completed a scope of works including all civils and reinforced concrete works for the Sizewell B Dry Fuel Storage Building.
